Hello all Congress of History members! It’s now time for the May meeting this Saturday, May 21, from 10:00 – 11:30. After two years of meeting virtually, we will gather in person. All are welcome to join us.

Our meeting location will be the Villa Montezuma Museum, located at 1925 K Street, San Diego. The 1887 Victorian mansion is at the corner of 20^th and K Streets in the Sherman Heights Historic District. There will be plenty of free street parking at that time of day. After the meeting, enjoy a tour of the museum with Congress of History secretary Louise Torio, who is also president of the Friends of the Villa Montezuma, Inc. (FOVM). If you have any questions about the museum, contact Louise at 619-233-8833 or at historicsandiego@aol.com. (If you think you’ll attend, send Louise an email or text so she knows how many chairs to set up.)
